We offer free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be subject to a $15 standard fee.
When will I receive my order?
Orders containing items in-stock will be processed and shipped within 2 - 7 business days via Hong Kong Post(E-Packet) or clients paid express courier(like DHL or FedEx), Hong Kong Post(E-Packet) takes around 7 - 20 working days to arrive and DHL or FedEx takes about 3 - 7 working days to arrive.
Should an item not be available in stock, we will proceed with manufacturing. Kindly note that our manufacturing timeframe currently stands at 10–15 days.
All orders are shipped with 'signature required' to safeguard our clients against theft or loss. Please note that delivery instructions cannot be changed once the shipment is in transit. If you wish to waive the signature requirement, please inform us before shipping. Note that we cannot assume responsibility for theft or loss if instructions are modified.
Once an order is processed, and especially if a tracking number is assigned, we cannot cancel the order due to operational reasons. Our system ensures quick processing and shipment, making cancellations impossible at this stage. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
What if I am unavailable to accept delivery of my parcel?
If you anticipate that you will be unable to accept delivery at the address provided, please inform us before shipping. This allows us to hold or reschedule the delivery for a more convenient time.
If your parcel is already in transit and you cannot accept delivery, notify us as soon as possible. We will assist in arranging for the shipment to be held at a nearby pick-up location. Please note that holds are available for a limited time only.
Should the parcel be returned to us due to your unavailability, the return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued, or will need to be paid separately if you wish for us to reship the parcel.
How can I track my shipment?
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, an automatic email will reach you with your tracking number. You will then have updated details regarding the expected date of the delivery and specific location of the parcel.
Shipments in transit cannot be cancelled due to operational reasons.
